When to get in touch
- Errors in an article, or changes to package labeling: Please tell us the product name and what has changed (the 原材料名 ingredient list, the net content, etc.). We will check, correct the article and update the date checked.
- Manufacturers and retailers: We accept requests to correct what we have published. We are also happy to hear about being featured, but the content of articles is decided by the operator in line with our editorial policy.
- Anything else: Products you would like us to cover, parts of the site that are hard to use, and so on.
It may take some time for us to reply. Depending on the content, we may not be able to reply. Thank you for your understanding.
