The name is “ラード” (lard). Under the JAS standard for refined lard, pork fat that has been deacidified, decolorized and deodorized is “精製ラード” (refined lard), and a product made only from refined pork fat is “純製ラード” (pure lard). The label does not say whether this product is refined.
