The flagship Worcestershire-style sauce from Ozika Sauce Kogyo (オジカソース工業), founded in Kyoto in 1918. The ingredient list has no “／” (slash), so no food additives are listed. Umami comes from chicken extract, fish sauce, kombu (kelp) extract and soy sauce; there is no yeast extract.

Copied from the package as of the date checked. The label is shown in Japanese as printed; tap an ingredient to see its English name and role. The usage notes on the label say “開封後は冷蔵庫で保管し、お早めにお召し上がりください” (after opening, store in the refrigerator and use soon), “よく振ってからお使いください” (shake well before use) and “開封後要冷蔵（10℃以下）” (refrigerate after opening, 10°C or below). The official online shop lists the content as 200 ml, but the label on the bottle in hand says 220 ml. Chicken is an item for which allergen labeling is recommended, but on this label it appears only as “チキンエキス” (chicken extract) in the ingredient list and is not in the parentheses.

This is the ingredient list from the Bull-Dog Sauce official page (checked 2026-09-30). It also lists no food additives, and the company states that it uses no additives (colorings, thickeners, sweeteners). The differences: umami comes from yeast extract and dried small sardine (niboshi) extract, and it contains no red wine, soy sauce or fish sauce.
