Copied from the package as of the date checked. The label is shown in Japanese as printed; tap an ingredient to see its English name and role. The links in the table below lead to our Ingredients A–Z and food additive database. Allergens are labeled individually in parentheses (“大豆・小麦を含む” on the saishikomi soy sauce, “イカを含む” on the fish sauce). The product name on the front is “やきそばソース”, but the name on the label is “ウスターソース”. On the official site it belongs to a series of “国産有機野菜・果実使用ソース” (sauces made with domestic organic vegetables and fruit), which is separate from the organic JAS-certified “有機ソース” (organic sauce) (it also uses non-organic ingredients such as sugar, so the product as a whole is not an organic JAS product). No nutrition facts were found on the photo of the label or on the official site.
