A ponzu (citrus soy sauce) from Hata-gumi Honten (Senzan Shoyu), a soy sauce brewery in Minamiawaji, Awaji Island. It is soy sauce combined with yuzu and sudachi juice, mirin, rice vinegar, dried bonito flakes and kombu, and there are no additives in the ingredient list.

Copied from the package as of the date checked. The label is shown in Japanese as printed; tap an ingredient to see its English name and role. On the front label, “手作” (handmade) is written large, with “天然果汁” (natural fruit juice) written vertically beside it. The name on the label is “味付けぽん酢” (seasoned ponzu). The Hata-gumi Honten company site lists a 900 ml “ぽん酢醤油”, but no 360 ml product was found. At the Rakuten Ichiba shop “うずのくに 楽天市場支店” it is sold under the name “ゆずぽん酢（センザン）360ml”, and its product name (味付けぽん酢), ingredient list and manufacturer are the same as on this label (JAN 4947586201130). There are no nutrition facts in the range of the photo.

This is the ingredient list from the Mizkan official page (checked 2026-09-30). The additives are shown in red. The differences are that it sweetens with high-fructose corn syrup, adds umami with “調味料（アミノ酸等）” (seasoning, amino acids, etc.), and contains an acidulant and flavoring. Hata-gumi Honten's ponzu names the citrus as yuzu and sudachi juice and makes its dashi from dried bonito flakes and kombu.
