Copied from the package as of the date checked. The label is shown in Japanese as printed; tap an ingredient to see its English name and role. The links in the table below lead to our Ingredients A–Z and food additive database. No nutrition facts were found within the area of the photo. The barcode is an in-store code (instore code), not a JAN code. The manufacturer’s address omits the prefecture and district names; it refers to Kurotaki Village, Yoshino District, Nara Prefecture. The phone number (0747-62-2770) is the same as the one on the official site of Kurotaki Mori Monogatari-mura.

Not found in the ingredient list
This is not the maker's “not used” claim. These are things often seen in similar products that we checked are not written in this product's ingredient list. Additives carried over from ingredients may not be declared, so this does not mean they are absent (about additives not written on labels).
Next to a typical product

しょうゆ(小麦・大豆を含む)(国内製造)、果糖ぶどう糖液糖、かんきつ果汁、醸造酢、食塩/調味料(アミノ酸等)、酸味料、香料
This is the ingredient list from Mizkan’s official page (checked 2026-09-30). Food additives are shown in red. The differences are that it is sweetened with high-fructose corn syrup, gets its umami from “調味料(アミノ酸等)” (seasoning (amino acids, etc.)), and contains an acidulant and a flavoring. The Kurotaki yuzu ponzu gets its dashi from dried bonito flakes and kombu, and its sweetness from mirin.
