Copied from the package as of the date checked. The label is shown in Japanese as printed; tap an ingredient to see its English name and role. The links in the table below lead to our Ingredients A–Z and food additive database. The package says “本工場ではさばを含む製品を生産しています” (this factory also makes products containing mackerel), “魚を主原料としているため、まれに骨や皮が混入することがあります” (because fish is the main ingredient, bones or skin may rarely be mixed in), and “開封後は袋の口を閉じて冷蔵庫に保存し、お早めにお召し上がりください” (after opening, close the bag, keep it in the refrigerator and eat it soon). The product name at the top of the label is “無添加ごま・焼きのり入り鰹ふりかけ” (additive-free bonito furikake with sesame and toasted nori), and the official shop’s product name is “無添加かつおふりかけ(ごま・焼きのり入り) 25g”. The official shop says it will renew the packaging in stages to match the Consumer Affairs Agency’s guidelines on labeling that food additives are not used.
