The links in the table below lead to our Ingredients A–Z and food additive database. The front of the label says “信州産榎茸使用。原材料は全て伝統製法の国産品です” (uses Shinshu-grown enoki; all ingredients are Japanese products made by traditional methods) and “おいしい自社天然水使用” (uses the company’s own delicious natural water). It says to refrigerate after opening and eat soon. The official shop’s best-before period is 365 days. The official shop’s product description says “本醸造醤油や粗糖などで” (with honjozo soy sauce, raw sugar and so on), but raw sugar is not in the ingredient list (neither on the label nor on the official site).
