The Japanese labeling was checked on the importer’s official page (the product name, JAN code and price are from the product page of the importer Overseas, and the image of the Japanese label is the one posted on the official online store of Kaldi Coffee Farm, which carries Overseas products). The Japanese label has no allergen section (sardines are not an item that requires allergen labeling). It also says to keep it in the refrigerator after opening and use it soon, and that salt and amino acids may crystallize but this is not a quality problem.
