What the maker says it does not use
The product-name field on the label says “(食品添加物)無添加焼肉のたれ”, and the product page on Ajiken's official site says “化学調味料・合成保存料・着色料・動物性原料無添加” (no chemical seasonings, synthetic preservatives, coloring or animal-derived ingredients).
Not found in the ingredient list
This is not the maker's “not used” claim. These are things often seen in similar products that we checked are not written in this product's ingredient list. Additives carried over from ingredients may not be declared, so this does not mean they are absent (about additives not written on labels).
