The official page says “開栓後は１ヵ月を目安に召しあがってください” (please eat within about 1 month after opening) and “上部と下部に分離が見られる事がありますが、品質上問題ありません” (the top and bottom may separate, which is not a quality problem). The official site also introduces other sizes: 180 ml, 260 ml, 600 ml and 1000 ml (the ingredient list of each has not been checked).
