- It falls within the group name “調味料(核酸)” (seasoning (nucleic acids)), and can be written together as “調味料(核酸)”, or as “調味料(アミノ酸等)” (seasoning (amino acids, etc.)) when used together with amino acids. When written by substance name, the simplified names are “グアニル酸ナトリウム” (sodium guanylate) and “グアニル酸Na” (sodium guanylate).
