  • There are no standards for use. It is among the “additives that may be used for nutrient fortification” (minerals), and labeling is exempt when it is used for that purpose.
  • In the CAA’s list, it is not among the group name ranges for acidulants or pH adjusters (sodium acetate is listed there). The simplified name when written by substance name is “酢酸Ca” (Ca acetate).
