  • One of the salts of vitamin B1 (thiamine). It is included among the additives that may be intended for nutritional fortification (vitamins).
  • The short names are “チアミン”, “ビタミンB1” and “V.B1”, which are written the same way as for other thiamine salts.
  • When used for nutritional fortification, it can be omitted from the ingredient list (except for foods for special dietary uses and foods with function claims).
