  • Vitamin A, which is included among the additives considered to be used for nutritional fortification (vitamins). There are no standards for use.
  • The short name is “V.A”. When used for nutritional fortification, it can be omitted from the ingredient list (excluding foods for special dietary uses and foods with function claims). The label “ビタミンA” (vitamin A) is also used as a short name for vitamin A fatty acid esters.
